whatchu know 'bout dat?

Life is good right now. I mean, right?
One more week of school and I’ll officially be a graduate, with a real degree for Graphic Design with an Associate’s in Applied Sciences. And shit.
But I don’t really feel like I deserve to have that degree. My whole time in college was bullshit. I did the least I could get away with just so I could say I went to college… because that’s what people like to hear. I made a few friends from going to school and that was all I really got from it. I honestly can’t remember what the pros and cons are for using RGB and CMYK for certain things or how to build a website or the quickest way to get an digital illustration done, with flats and color. All I wanted to do was draw… people always told me to go to art school and what did I do? Stay in Lake Charles… I don’t know how people do it here. It’s hard to find shit to inspire me to even want to lately. Music doesn’t even help anymore.
I hope if I do get a job that has to do with art (hopefully not design…), that I don’t start to hate something I love.

Other than that doubt in the back of my mind (oh, and the fact that I can’t seem to find another job so I can fucking leave Gamestop and I barely see any of said friends), the rest of life truly is good.
